We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the Derby Community Lottery has had its first-ever jackpot winner, with one lucky player scooping the top prize of £25,000 in December! This landmark win is a huge milestone for the lottery since its launch in 2024, and highlights how players can win big while supporting good causes.

The Derby Community Lottery website is available both for good causes to sign up, and for the purchase of tickets. Launched in September 2024, the Lottery aims to raise money directly for local good causes whilst giving players the opportunity to win big prizes.

Good causes in and around Derby are encouraged to join and benefit. Any local not-for-profit group looking to secure additional funding is welcome to get involved. Each participating cause has its own dedicated webpage, where supporters can purchase tickets. For every £1 ticket sold, the chosen cause will receive 50p, with an additional 10p going into a Central Fund that will be distributed to other causes in the community.
